How do you find the cheapest price?
For your hotel and dates we read the offers of all booking sites, often 20 to 40, from Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda to smaller sites like Vio, Pilot or Traveluro and the hotel’s own website. We sort them by the total price including taxes and fees.
Are these final prices?
They are the totals for your stay including taxes and fees as reported by the booking site at the time of your search. Some places add a local tourist tax at the hotel. Always check the final price, the room and the cancellation rules before you pay.
Is it safe to book with a site I do not know?
Most of them are established travel companies. Cheaper offers often come with conditions, for example no free cancellation or payment in US dollars. We show the cancellation rules next to each price. Pay by credit card and keep the confirmation.
Is there always a cheaper site than Booking.com?
No. In our test in October 2026, 13 of 15 hotels had a cheaper offer, typically 5 to 25 % below Booking.com. For some hotels all sites ask the same price, and then we tell you so.
Is it really free?
Yes. Comparing prices is free and needs only a free sign-in. We take no commission from booking sites, so the order is only by price. To keep the service fast for everyone there is a fair-use limit of 40 searches a day.
