In short

In our data, the cheapest Lisbon stays rated 4.0 or higher start at about 38 to 45 euros a night for two guests (This is Lisbon Hostel, Lost Inn Lisbon Hostel, The Central House Lisbon Baixa).

Lisbon is a city of hills, and every climb ends with a reward: a miradouro, a viewpoint terrace over red roofs and the wide Tagus river. Old yellow trams rattle up the slopes, the lanes of Alfama smell of grilled sardines in summer, and in Belém the Jerónimos Monastery tells of the age of the great sea voyages. Lisbon is still one of the cheaper capitals in Western Europe: in our data, well-rated hostels start at about 38 euros a night.
