In short

In our data, the cheapest Siargao stays rated 4.0 or higher start at about 12 to 17 euros a night for two guests (Tres Islas Hostel, Sunset Surf Hostel Siargao, Alpas Siargao).

Siargao is shaped like a teardrop, edged with palm trees and perfect for people who like to wake up to the sound of waves. At its heart is General Luna, a small surf town with a few streets of cafés, hostels and surf shops, and just outside it the famous Cloud 9 break, which has a wooden boardwalk running out to the water so that you can watch the surfers from above. Siargao is remote, so it is not as cheap as the big cities, but its hostels are among the cheapest rated stays in our data, from about 12 euros a night.
